The event spans over 9 weeks:

• 4 weeks for phase 1: November 14, 2022 - December 12, 2022
• 4 weeks for phase 2: November 13, 2022 - January 9, 2023
• 1 week for the grand finals voting: January 10, 2023 - January 16, 2022

Absolutely. This is a 18+ worldwide event, and all people from nearly all countries are welcome to participate and contribute their talent. As long as you are 18+ and have an address that’s eligible for Amazon shipping, you should be good to go.

Both are fine. To participate, you may publish CC, Sims, rooms and lots you’ve previously built, or build new creations just for the festival.

Yes!

For phase 1, we raffle 50 creators each week from the pull of all creators who have a published mod from the relevant categories. This means that even if you uploaded your creation before the festival - you’re still eligible for being picked in the raffle and winning!

For phase 2 it’s a bit different. To have your creation judged, you’ll need to fill out the participation form (and also attach images, videos and mention creators who’s CC you used). At the end of each week our panel of judges will review the forms submitted during that week. So even if you published your creation before the event began, just fill out the participation form when phase 2 hits - to have your creation considered for winning.

Yes! There are plenty of opportunities for creators to win each week!

During Phase 1, even if you didn’t win during one week, your creations are still eligible for the raffle of next week. You could continue publishing new content and CC to increase your chances of being picked in the next raffle - but keep in mind that you shouldn’t spam duplicate creations or recolors just for quantity’s sake.

During Phase 2, if you didn’t win during one week you’ll have to fill out the participation form again to be considered for winning the next week. You can submit the same creation you submitted last week, or submit a new one. You’re also not limited to one participation per week - you could fill the form as many times as you like - highlighting each of your best creations.

Your mods and CC will remain safe and sound on CurseForge, and will be available for everyone to download. You’ll be able to update them, add content and enjoy our extensive statistics and admin tools for free. Moreover, you might even earn a few extra dollars - as we share all revenue with our mod authors.

All cash prizes in the festival are claimed via the CurseForge Authors Rewards Program, which lets creators withdraw their monthly earnings or winnings via Paypal, or Amazon Gift Cards.
